I came here for the internal locking mechanism and handle for a jell-wen sliding patio door. an obscure part, that I would have either waited weeks to receive or had to replace the entire patio door. the young lady working behind the counter found the exact parts that I needed in a miscellaneous box of parts. it really saved my butt on a job that I'm working.

We bought an older home several months ago, and in the process of fixing screens, I discovered a window with broken internal latching hardware. I brought the window in to Mountain West, and the OEM parts weren't available, but they provided me with tools and advice on how to fix the problem anyway. The window now works perfectly.

I needed to replace a small piece of glass in one of the doors of my console unit broken during a move. The gentleman who helped me had it cut in just a moment while I waited and then didn't even charge me. He said to come back when I had a bigger order!
